Join Tricia Hawley and Kristi Streamer for a unique workshop dedicated to revealing your own innate power.
The first half of the workshop with Tricia will focus on the care and keeping of your pelvic floor with simple, functional movement, yoga poses, and breathwork. We’ll explore the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves and how that narrative can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, and other-ness. We’ll release all of that with Vagus Nerve stimulation to reset our nervous system.
You’ll feel more connected to your pelvic floor and at ease in your own skin.
Kristi leads the second half with a deep dive into our chakra system. We’ll learn what the chakras represent, how to assess them, and how to work with them to improve our lives concentrating on the first three chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) with poses and a blissful guided meditation.
You’ll feel grounded, inspired, and armed with the tools you need for daily chakra maintenance.

Tricia Hawley is a functional yoga and movement teacher and the founder of Moon & Quill. Kristi Streamer is a certified yoga instructor who teaches extensively in Western New York. No prior yoga experience is required. All are welcome.
